At Thinking Man Nutrition we create science-driven supplements, our products are passionately researched and made available out of a desire for transparent and straightforward solutions to higher performance. Most people require around 8 hours but some require more or less, there are many ways to figure out how much you need with sleep trackers or simply tracking yourself and seeing what feels best for you. All the hormonal and recovery processes go into hyperdrive when the body and mind are at res and these processes improve every aspect of daily life that a pill could never achieve

#2 Diet

There is a great deal of dogma around diet and plenty of strong and confident believers on every side of the argument but there are a few things we know for sure. We should be limiting processed foods, overconsumption is bad, we need to meet our micronutrient needs and choose a macronutrient ratio to support our goals.

#3 Movement

Our bodies are designed to move! Doesn’t need to be over complicated, the benefits of regular exercise aren’t debatable, the big question is how to break past the initial phase when it is a struggle to get the workouts in. Starting small and finding something rewarding is the obvious but still difficult first step, gaining momentum with consistency and watching the rewards for each session grow as you improve.

Our natural systems designed to protect us from danger have been hijacked in today’s world. Normal life events and thought processes have the ability to remove us from a calm and healthy state into a more wired existence which poses many complications health wise down the road. 

 

When your mind is stressed the last thing your body is concerned with is healing. In a stressed state your body is naturally seeking safety over recovery.
